Anthony J. D'Angelo, Jr., D.O., F.O.C.O.O.
Anthony J. D’Angelo Jr., D.O. has practiced Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngologic Allergy in St. Louis, Missouri for over 20 years. He is board certified and is a Fellow of the Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery and Otolaryngologic Allergy. He has a special interest in the treatment of otolaryngologic allergies, sinus surgery, pediatric ear, nose and throat, and thyroid and endocrine surgery. Dr. D’Angelo has participated in training resident physicians specializing in Ear, Nose & Throat at Des Peres Hospital for over 20 years.
Dr. D’Angelo graduated Cum Laude from Temple University with his Bachelors Degree in Biology and as a member of the Biology Honors Society he participated in neurophysiology research. Subsequently, he graduated from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri where he was elected into the National Osteopathic Medical School Honor Society, Phi Sigma Alpha, a distinction awarded to students in the top 10% of their medical school class. Dr. D’Angelo completed his surgical residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. He was Chief Resident for 2 years and published numerous articles in ear, nose and throat journals during his training.
Married for over 25 years, Dr. D’Angelo and his wife Kathleen are enjoying raising their daughters, Mary Ellen and Marie Rita. Dr. D’Angelo enjoys physical fitness, running and spending time with his family. |
